1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST will be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a specified value, as mentioned on the product details page.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status. Customers can also track their orders by logging into their Abzura account.

5. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Our partners include but are not limited to Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx and India Post.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, our courier partner will attempt redelivery.
  • If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse. Customers can contact our support team for reshipment.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our reach and will update our policy accordingly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product and packaging.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly.
