Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
At Abzura, customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over for delivery, cancellation is not possible, but customers can choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives.
The ability to cancel an order depends on the product category, and the cancellation window may vary. Once this window has passed, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
In some cases, if cancellation occurs after the allowed period, a cancellation fee may apply. The details of the cancellation window can be found on the product page or order confirmation, and these details will be considered definitive.
If the order is canceled by the seller due to unexpected issues, a full refund will be provided for orders.
Abzura reserves the right to approve or decline any order cancellation and may modify the cancellation window or applicable fees as needed.
2. Return of Products
2.1 7 Days Return Policy:
All products purchased on abzura.com must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund if you are not satisfied with the same.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase/Invoice.
- The refund will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories.
- No refund will be processed if we receive products with missing accessories, product with tampered packaging or if we find any signs of damage like scratches or signs of usage on the product.
- You will be informed through email once the verification of the product is complete and approved for a refund.
3. Refund
- Where a User had opted for cash on delivery option for payment towards the purchased Products, Abzura shall process all refunds into the Users' valid bank accounts, if details of such accounts are provided by the User to Abzura at the time of refund request.
- We do not make any cash refunds. Once the refund is approved in accordance with this Policy, the amount will be processed and credited to you within 4-5 (four to five) working days, depending on your selected payment method. Please note that processing times may vary due to delays from banks or financial intermediaries. If the refund is not completed within the expected timeframe, you are welcome to contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
